On August 12th, SERVPRO Of Mesquite got called out to this water damage after we received a call from the homeowner who had experienced a previous water damage just 2 weeks prior. Another restoration company had came out and told the homeowner their was mold so they were unable to help her. When SERVPRO Of Mesquite arrived on site, we surveyed the extent of damage which included the cabinets in the kitchen, drywall behind them, as well as drywall and wood flooring in the breakfast nook. This loss was considered a cat 3 due to how long it was wet.
